How Bühler uses nyris’ visual search to help their customers find spare parts
Bühler is a Swiss manufacturer of plant equipment that specialises in machinery for food processing and advanced materials manufacturing. The company operates in more than 140 countries and has 33 manufacturing facilities worldwide.
Through the company's customer portal, myBühler, machine owners are provided with an overview of their Bühler equipment, including manuals and spare part catalogues.
Bühler has updated their MyBühler portal with new features, including nyris 'image recognition of spare parts that can be seen in the promotional video below.
