How did we solve it?
With nyris' visual search, Landefeld's customers can upload an image using the camera button on the Homepage and will get results within milliseconds. If the nyris engine can not identify the correct item, the customer can submit his request directly to an experienced Landefeld technician and get instant support. This way Landefeld and nyris create a frictionless experience for spare parts and component identification.
